If stress, depression or anxiety is turning your life into a living hell, the following 5 techniques will help you reduce stress anxiety and depression naturally and quickly.

At the start of a new week, arrange several enjoyable activities spread over the whole week that you really enjoy. Going to the movies, a night at the theater, a nice meal in a restaurant, visiting family, a concert – whatever you like. This will give you plenty of things to look forward to throughout the week and alleviate that “the week is a slog” feeling.

Avoid comparing yourself to others who find themselves in extremely difficult situations in life. Doing so will only lead to you feeling guilty. For example, you see a report about a poverty in India and you think “why do I feel like this when there’s people who have it much worse than I do.” Your circumstances in life are your circumstances and are nothing to do with anything or anyone else. Comparing yourself to others will not help you in anyway. What’s important is that you know stress, anxiety
and depression are real problems that can be overcome naturally so don’t think about the situations others are in, concentrate on getting better.

Brooding continually about all of the problems you face in your life is a habit guaranteed to trigger stress, depression and anxiety. It’s so important to “switch off” from problems and a really good method to help you is to listen to music. So, arrange a music night where you can shut out the world and enjoy listening to your favourite music. It doesn’t have to be the soothing, mellow music, you can listen to whatever music gives you pleasure and if you want to sing, dance or play air guitar, go ahead! If you want to just relax and listen to music with a glass of wine, no problem! It’s your music night, listen to music you enjoy and immerse yourself in it. Avoid playing any music that is sad, or emotional and that may trigger
painful memories from the past. That’s not what you’re aiming for here. Listening to music is an excellent way to reduce stress, depression and anxiety and I urge you to make a music night a regular event in your diary.

Burnout is an ever increasing problem in our society. As if a full working day isn’t enough, many people return home and have to do even more work to run the family home, prepare meals, time for the children and a never-ending stream of other chores and people all demanding your attention. So make “me time” a priority. Schedule at least one 20 minute break away from the firing line so you can you can relax in peace. At home, ensure you make time each day so you can rest and relax. Rest and
relaxation are vital in maintaining both mental and physical health and they’ll help reduce stress, depression and anxiety.

Feeling as if you’re trapped in a rut or that your life is going nowhere is another part of stressful illnesses and this feeling can trigger depression. Performing the same routines each and every day really isn’t good for us. OK, we do need to have some security, but a problem arises if we live life in fear of taking even the slightest risk. So, make an effort to break out of
your comfort zone and try something new. Start a course, a fitness program, try a new sport, learn a musical instrument, go on a activity holiday or take up a new hobby. This will help to keep you fresh as overcoming a challenge gives you a buzz and increases the enjoyment you get from life. What a great way to reduce stress!

You can significantly reduce stress by using the above tips as often as you can. Try and apply at least one of them every day and you will see a big difference.

See you soon.

Click Here Now to get started right away on kicking stress, depression and anxiety out of your life forever so you can enjoy a brighter, happier future!

TMJ is not only painful, but very unaesthetic. TMJ sufferers also have teeth grinding and clenching problems which are known under the term bruxism. The main cause of bruxism seems to be stress, but since this is a health condition that can appear no matter of age, there are probably other causes for it too. Oftentimes when children develop bruxism they are not prescribed a treatment especially if they have milk teeth. However as teeth become definitive it is important to find a cure for bruxism because the teeth are getting damaged from too much clenching and grinding.

There is at least one online program tat is addressed to all TMJ sufferers regardless of how old they are, and thus it is recommended for children too. This program does not involve taking any medicines or treatments. “Save your smile, stop grinding” is the program designed by Charles Harrison, a man who had suffered from bruxism for many years ever since he was a child. The program is available online and once you pay the $37 fee, which is also giving you unlimited access to the members’ area, you get immediate access to a downloadable book that teaches you everything you need to know about bruxism and how to cure it.

Click Here to Visit Cure for Bruxism Website

The Save your smile, stop grinding book is one of the most inexpensive downloadable programs available on the market. Apart from the main book which has a lot of illustrations and details about how to stop grinding and clenching your teeth, you also receive free access to the members’ area, free future updates and two bonuses. While the first bonus is a very useful extension of the Save your smile, stop grinding program, the second one is a more fun one that lets you know “How to interpret your dreams.” The first bonus consists of a two levels fast track plan where the first level is for tracking your progress if you are grinding your teeth because of stress and the second level is for tracking your progress if you suffer from bruxism for a longer period of time.

One of the main problems of curing bruxism and TMJ is to become conscious you suffer from them. Teeth grinding and clenching happens at night when you sleep and unless somebody else tells you that you are grinding your teeth, you have to be ware of some of the symptoms and then get a correct diagnosis from your dentist. The Save your smile, stop grinding book explains all the causes and symptoms and shows you the way to quickly improve and eventually cure your condition. The author also talks about the herbal remedies and supplements that you can use as part of your treatment and explains how to combine the exercises and the techniques that help loosen your teeth and keep you away from stress. Overall this is a very easy to follow program at an extremely affordable price. If you are suffering from bruxism, you probably agree that the price you pay to get back your smile and to teach you how to cure your condition is extremely low compared to other treatments that offer no guarantee.

Everybody moves their jaws while sleeping. For one: this way saliva can be spread more evenly in the mouth and for two: respiratory tracts stay clear.Unfortunately there are some people that clench their teeth and move their jaws at the same time. This is called teeth grinding.

The first reason for this is definately Stress. Teeth clenching is a kind if physical reaction of the body to Stress. When we concentrate or strain ourselves we instinctively clench our teeth. This constant readiness makes muscles in the body tighten. When we are awake we need this movement so we can e.g.defend ourself but when we sleep we sort of relive these unconfortable situations and tighten our mastcatory muscles.

Researches show that this abnormal jaw movement can be observed by people that live in constant stress and with social problems. Not to mention the fact that the pain they feel is not only a simple cheek or a neck ache.
Although there are people suffering from bruxism that sleep very well.
Let’s see this other case:
When the upper and lower teeth do not touch properly we unconsciously try to even the surfice of our teeth. This way the left and right muscles would tighten evenly and all the teeth would get the same pressure. If the denture can not find comfortable position it tries to find it and this “searching” results in teeth grinding. Of course there are several people with uneven teeth that do not suffer from teeth grinding but if they have this clinching instinct it can be brought to the surfice any time. Probably everybody grinds their teeth sometimes but if it turns abnormal it can cause the disorder of the teeth and also sleeping problems.

Reflexes

Researchers of Adelaide University of Australia found out that by stimulating the mechano or pressure sensors, incentive and obstructive reflexes can be provoked in the masticatory muscles. These reflexes have a huge role in chewing. With the help of them the openness and closeness of jaws can be controlled. When we chew we do not have our mouth open otherwise the bite would fall out.

Then again we also feel if we chew on a piece of bone or nutshell and this time obstructive reflexes start to work.We suddenly slow down the jaw movement and our teeth stay undemaged. We know that by knocking the front teeth we involuntarily open our mouth, but less people know that by knocking the eye teeth or the grinders the clanching reflexes start to work. If there is a small and hard surficed object between the upper and lower teeth and thus only the front teeth touch, the clanching reflex relaxes.

After a long day we normally hardly wait for a good night sleep. We think that we are tired enough to fall asleep as soon as our head touches the pillow. Or we are not? A lot of things can cause sleeping troubles but we need to talk about one of the most hidden reasons.

Sleeping Troubles

There are completely healthy and active people who are more tired when they wake up than when they went to bed. Weariness can be chased away by a hot shower or a strong coffee. But most of these people also complain about head, neck and shoulder ache, not to mention the numb spine and arms. What to do? People have no idea what their problem is espacially if the doctor can not find anything either. Let’s see the reasons of the sleeping and waking troubles.

With clenched teeth

Teeth grinding and clentching is called Bruxism. Most people can not even imatate what they regularly do at night with their jaws therefore this problem mostly remains hidden. You can grind your teeth only when you move your jaws while the teeth are pressed against one another. So we can talk about pressure with movement and without movement. This pressure can be kept up for 45 min. sometimes! 2 out of 10 people presses their teeth against one another with much more pressure then they would do it in the daytime. It was demonstrated in the 40’s that for chewing a bite of food our teeth touch only for 0,2 sec.! So clenching and grinding means a huge stress (and the only stress)for the teeth in our modern world.
The dentists of Goeteborg University examined 29 persons for five years and had a close look at their behaviour, social connections and anything that could be interesting in medical researches. Data showed without question that morning and dayly problems are in close connection with the abnormal jaw movements and teeth grinding. Moreover for those who grinded their teeth the signs of social and physical problems started to show. Most of them suffered from sleeping troubles and pains and 55% of them had these symptoms every day. 86% complained about regular neck and backache and nearly half of them woke up with headache and jaw pains. The connection between behaviour and syptoms are very clear so the question arises: Why do we do this tireing, tooth demageing action at night?
